Data Resolutions Group, LLC ("Company") operates under a no refund policy for all services provided. Once a service has been initiated or completed, no refunds will be issued. This policy applies to all service offerings, including but not limited to Data Snapshots, Consumer Data Intake & Mapping, Consumer Data Alignment™ Plans, Ongoing Case Support, Data Optimization, Verification & Monitoring, Dispute Resolution Support, and Multi-System Integration.

Clients may request to cancel services before initiation. If a cancellation request is made before any work has been performed, the Company will notify the client of the cancellation. However, once services have been initiated, no refunds will be issued, and the client remains responsible for payment of services rendered.
Payment for services is due according to the terms specified in your service agreement. Non-payment does not void the no-refund policy, and all services rendered remain non-refundable regardless of payment status.
